Every time you schedule a proceeding with Q&A for court reporting and/or legal video services AND the proceeding results in a transcript ordered, you will receive a "mark". If there is not a transcript ordered, but the proceeding does take place, you will receive a "half-mark." When you accumulate five (7) marks, you will receive a gift card to a local business, restaurant or shop.
