Q&A COURT REPORTING was formed in 1993 by Mark W. Hagood presenting Florence and the surrounding area with the only FULL-SERVICE court reporting and legal video firm in the area.  Now celebrating 25 years in operation, Q&A prides itself on three things:  (1) a good product, (2) in a timely fashion, (3) at a fair price.

When Mark came up with the name for Q&A, which seemingly might represent "question & answer", the more specific meaning was and remains "Q"uick & "A"ccurate, the two vital things attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants are looking for when court reporting and legal video services are needed.

The company has grown and expanded to offer Video-teleconferencing services and Document Scanning as well.

The "Brown" conference room which houses the video-teleconferencing equipment was named for the late Reginald C. Brown, Jr., Esq. who was one of the first attorneys to give Mark a shot at reporting in the community and instrumental in helping Q&A get off the runway.  Our goal at Q&A every time we provide services is to gain and keep that same admiration of and belief in Q&A that Mr. Brown did.
